Address Book FAQ
- How do I create an Address Book?
- There are two ways to create your Address Book:
- You can type in the names of each of your contacts one by one or
- You can upload your addresses from many popular contact programs such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Excel, Palm, Act!, and others. It's easy to follow the instructions on the Upload Address page, but if you get stuck, just contact our customer support line for assistance.
- I'd like to create different sub-groups within my Address Book. How do I do it?
- There are many different reasons people would want to create sub-groups. Perhaps you want one for business contacts, another one for customers, another one for family members, and another one for your Holiday Card list. It's really easy. Just click the "Create a Group" button in your Address Book, highlight the contacts you want in that group, then click Add. They're added to your new group.
- How do I edit or delete contact information?
- Click on the contact's name in the Address Book. This will allow you to edit that person's information. To delete, just select the contact's name once again and press the "Delete" button. Hint: If you delete a person from a group, it doesn't automatically delete the person from your Address Book. This must be done separately.
- If I make changes to my address book, how does it impact cards in the Shopping Cart?
- If you make changes to contacts in your Address Book, any card you've selected for that contact will be updated. We encourage you to make sure that your Address Book is always up to date and that you double check all cards before they are mailed out.
